Dr. Pineless is a great neurologist. He correctly diagnosed me the first visit and I am on the correct medication. He does not joke around much, but is kind and listens well. I am now seeing his PA, Glenn, and he is also great. I definitely recommend this office. Have had no problems with the staff as reported in some other ratings. They have been friendly, helpful, and very gracious.

Ugh! Where to start... Dr. Pineless has good bedside manners, BUT...! I had brain surgery a year ago and had certain reactions to surgery that I figured he could answer, wrong. I had been having strange headaches only where my shunt goes in my brain and his response was that that type of headache was due to stress and all I had to so was massage my temples and it would go away (Note: I work with 22 toddlers throughout the day- I KNOW what a stress headache is). There were other things that had happened- but tis example goes to show lack of knowledge- I would have preferred him to just say Im not sure what would cause that kind of headache" than an answer like that.Just for the records, I went to a blog site for people with my condition and I found my answer there!!! Status: Currently searching for a new neurologist! PA is excellent, he's very helpful

His PA was great. I only wish I could say the same about the doc. The doc diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia without the tender points, which by the way, I do not have FM. He acted as if he didn't even take me seriously. He seemed to know nothing about RSI and how it can result in neuropathy.

No concern or apology from staff when they faxed a prescription to the wrong phone number. The Dr. did good research and follow through with some issues, but did not see that information got to the patient. This Dr. did not take medication side effects seriously and as a result I had permanent vision loss and heart arrythmia.

His PA was absolutely AWESOME. I got the impression that Dr. P excels wonderfully in treating 'text book' conditions (epilepsy etc.). Unfortunately, if you have something outside of the 'norm' going on, at least with my medical conditions, he didn't seem able to grasp how they (the neuro. stuff) all relate to each other and how my non-neuro genetic disorder also were an important factor to consider in my treatment and management.

Staff very confrontational, contested appt dates, etc. Dr. Pineless refused to put me on a generic while I was self pay for my meds, saying I had to find a way to pay for the brand name. When I refilled the generic he said "well I dont need to see you if you're gonna do what you want." Very much a power trip

Dr. Pineless has been an amazing neurologist for me. He came to my rescue when I needed him, showed first-class care, and provided the right medication for my condition. I highly recommend him. He is the best. Chris Maxwell www.chrismaxwellweb.com
