He used to be a good doctor many years ago, but over the years he has become very rude and uncaring.

Dr. Bob has been my family doc for years and my Breast Cancer liason doctor for 8 years now. He has been very supportive, listened to each of my concerns, has referred me immediatly for tests and scans etc. After an error occured with my radition this past time, two days later he had me sitting with a new oncologist to assess and treat me. He has been wonderful.

Dr. Bob delivered our twins by C-section. We had a good experience with him. Good sense of humor and makes you feel relaxed.

Dr. Bob performed an emergency c-section to deliver my son. He and the staff at Boundary Trails were awesome. Even though the surgery was performed under not-so-pleasant circumstances, we had some fun chattering during the operation. He made me feel very at ease and confident that everything would turn out fine. We could very well have lost our son during labour, but he stepped in and as far as I'm concerned, saved my son's life. I have the highest regard for him as a professional doctor.

Dr. Bob took care of my mom over the 9 years she had cancer. His care was exemplary. He was always available to her and the family, especially during the last year of her life. He regularly showed concerns for her medical symptoms as well as for her mental well being. I feel blessed to have him as our family physician also.

Dr. Bob is very helpful and kind. I was suffering from very severe acid reflux and when no other doctor wanted to take the time to explain what was happening to me he did. He let me know what was happening in my body and why this problem was occuring, which is all I really wanted to know! However, I think it is ridiculous how long it takes to get an appointment, I had been calling since November 06 and didn't get in until April 07! I do understand though, he is a good doctor with a large patient load, so If you really need an appointment, I suggest you book well in advance!

Dr. Bob is very knowledgeable , however he lacks in bedside manner. When I told him what I suspected was wrong with me, he dismissed it as if nothing, only to find out a couple of years later it was serious and if it had been attended to, I would today not have the problems that I am having. At times he can be very condescending. I don't mind waiting the odd time for an appt, however when everytime gets to be an hour, or hour and a half, this is ridiculous.

Dr. Bob is caring and compassionate. His practice is large so it may take a while to get in to see him. He takes on responsibility for many different aspects of the hospital in which he practises such as chemotherapy and dialysis. He also does some surgery. He delivered all but one of our children. Inspite of his incredibly busy practice, you never feel rushed when talking to him. He is extremely knowledgable and takes the time to make sure that he understands my concerns. He does not simply dismiss them or make me feel that they are not important. He is a great physician.
