take your business somewhere else; this office is more worried about the bottom line and the dollar than about real patient care.

Dr. Schifferdecker and his staff not only deal with the specifics of prescriptions and monitoring equpment (C-PAP) but he also gets into individual lifestyle activities that might contribute to a less, or more healthy outcome. One of his staff offered one very simple idea: Park farther away to walk just a little more. So simple, so effective, and it really isn't difficult. The few times he has been late I had no doubt that it was important. I've always gotten the feeling that if more time is needed he is going to make my appointment a little longer. I have no doubt he is applying a lot of thought, knowledge, the latest information that's out there to whatever circumstance we are addressing in his office. Thank you Dr. S.

Office staff isn't great but Dr. Schifferdecker isn't bad. Not enthusiastic but listens and will call back himself after hours if needed.
