I called the office a few times with questions and found the secretary awesome. Always willing to help and very friendly. When I met her she was so pleasant and helpful. My appointment with Dr. De Jager was awesome. Dr. De Jager explained everything in detail to me and was so very patient and kind. Although I do need to have surgery I feel very confident that Dr. De Jager will take care of me. Very caring Dr. and never rushed me at all. Thank you both for the wonderful service that you gave me.

Jan 14 2023 I had a full knee replacement.. Thank you so much Dr. Francois DeJager for taking me on as a patient. You are an Amazing , compassionate, caring individual. You always took the time to explain exactly what I needed to know. Dr. DrJager has been my surgeon for three surgeries. One hip replacement and two shoulder replacements.

He is kind, soft spoken and thorough. He is compassionate about how he shares tough information with you.

His receptionist has been nothing but remarkable to deal with. She has provided me with excellent client service when I needed some paperwork completed by him. On two occasions I’ve needed emergency access to him and she made sure it happened.

He is a remarkable surgeon and has given me back a quality of life I never thought I would get again.

Had surgery on June 13, 2019, on both knees at once after years of pain.
Now, after one year I could say that I am back on my daily activities with no pain, straight knees, playing tennis, pickleball seven days per week, with no restrictions, enjoying all the outdoor activities.
He is very knowledgeable, caring, pleasant so we are so blessed to have him here in our province.

I had a Knee Replacement in Jan/20. I am completely happy with result. The Dr. Visited the ward twice before discharge. My ROM @ 6 weeks is 125%. I had my 6 week checkup today with X-rays & he says all looks great. He asked me to come back in a year for a follow up. He is very kind & knowledgeable. My appointments have never been @ his office so I haven’t met his receptionist. He was always on time.
