On three successive occasions in November, 2006 Dr. Miller canceled prearranged appointment with myself. On two of those occasions I had already traveled the 35 miles from my home to his office and been waiting from 45 minutes to an hour and 45 minutes. The was no explanation, no apology, and no preferential rescheduling. On two of those occasions he also adamantly refused to honor requests for a phone call to provide me with information vital to planning my medical future, and indirectly resulting in my having to cancel an appointment with another doctor. Since the reason for the scheduled appointments was to review my health following a high PSA test and the doctor proclaiming that my prostate was enlarged on the left side, I consider the matter somewhat more important than just a passing checkup. The doctor certainly treated my concerns, anxieties, and legitimate requests for additional information in a cavalier fashion, and may have put my continued health at risk.
