Doctor was very pleasant and courteous with my husband and me. We have both had a colonoscopy and was impressed. He has the best of equipment, was quick and the procedure did not hurt at all. We were both awake for it and was expecting pain, but none. He is awesome

There is an extreme lack of Healthcare and professionalism in this clinic starting from the receptionist to dr. Lack of a public washroom when dealing with gastrointestinal issues disrespectful to his patients. Law requires him to have accessible washroom so how is he getting away with this?! People! Complain to Health Dept. and MHRA and College of Doctors and Physicians. I had same happen to me and I have disability in one leg and was told “Don’t even dare to ask for a washroom!” They have a washroom, just don’t want public using it. I walked out! And then he lied to my Dr. that I was swearing. Disgusting !

The aggressive front desk guard is rude and officious ! If they insist on a mask, they are required to provide them - not to order patients to retrieve one from their vehicle or alternatively "go buy one and have one when you come back" !! Despite insistence that everyone is told ahead that a mask is required, they certainly didn't tell me or the lady who came in after me, nor did they warn us about the lack of a patient bathroom !!! Everyone coming there has some form of gastro-intestinal difficulty and may immediately require a bathroom with no time to wait, let alone "go down the highway to Tim Horton's and use theirs" !!! That is so wrong on so many levels !! The dr. was equally as rude as the nasty creature up front, and actually treated my situation with a sarcastic remark and a chuckle as if it was some kind of joke or he found it funny ! I would NEVER go back to that office or allow someone with the obvious lack of concern for his patients to perform an invasive, actually intimate, procedure on me while he has me unconscious !!

A Dr. who specializes in colonoscopies and does not have a public washroom is ridiculous, unhealthy and totally disrespectful of his patients . The receptionist needs attitude improvement. I walked out and will never go back! Shameful! Thx for nothing!

Very poor attitude. Made me feel like i was putting him out. I asked for solutions and his advice he suggested a medication but refused to prescribe it and told me to go see another dr. Thanks for nothing.

Recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I found Dr. Zeiler to have an excellent bed side manner, with expertise in his field and with a quick referral for an MRI due to added concerns. I trust in his ability to treat my condition and that he cares for his patients. Also nursing staff were excellent.

Dr. Fred Zeiler is perhaps the best Dr in MB and his team is top notch professionals as well. He has saved many many lives when he was a regular Dr and now that he is a colonoscopy expert, saves even more lives, including mine. He is a knowledgeable, trustworthy, expert and highly recommend him. People need to get over the bedside manner and lack of washroom facility, he will save your life if he can and that's what you are there for.
