Why did I bother to answer the medical history/condition questions online, then on paper, then to a nurse, then to the doctor? I'm on 1 medication (blood thinner), and the staff can't read the chart to see the dosage when management of that medication is the primary reason I went to this doctor. If they can't be trusted to read my chart, why should I trust the with my healthcare? Add to this the fact that they don't bother to call patients back unless they're seeking answers which could be found on the med record charts, if staff bothered to read them. I'm not sure if this is caused by ineptitude, apathy, or a combination f the two. Regardless of which is the cause, the effect is poor patient care.
