Have been seeing Dr Lepley for a while. Staff is pleasant, helpful and efficient. Scheduling an appointment is quick and sometimes same day. My phone calls are always returned. Sometimes you wait but are always given your time when it’s your turn. I never feel rushed and I leave with all my questions answered.

The staff is amazing people need to understand doctors offices are very busy and they deal with a lot of people. I never mind the wait if there is one because most offices you wait 30 mins or more but not here. The staff tries so hard to please everyone despite me overhearing some pushy ones. People expect them to bend over and kiss there butt not matter what and don't appreciate everything they do for all of us. It's not an easy job and if you had a bad experience there maybe its you not the doctor or the staff. They are all great.

Dr. Lepley has been my physician for about 7 yrs. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She has a very busy office because she is a great doctor. She goes above and beyond for her patients, including fitting sick patients when it's not convenient for her. She really cares. I strongly recommend her as a physician.

I have never been uncomfortable in the waiting room of a doctors office until i started with R Lepley. But I needed a service she provided so I stuck it out. Especially after changing my Ins plan to suit her office. And then came the day I was waiting for results for a blood test that I had to have before I could have a very time sensitive procedure. I was freaking out a little, all the staff would tell me is "nope not here yet" And this doctor & her staff actually turned off their office phone off on me. If I had not took it upon my self to call the lab, (thankfully I had past results to find the phone number) I most likely would not have gotten the results in time for my procedure. DO NOT GO HERE, PROFESSIONALISM is ZERO!!!!

Is this lady a real dr? The NP is wonderful. The staff is awful and they have an office manager who does not know a thing about managing anything medical. These poor people would be better off closing the doors .

If your looking for a good family doctor DO NOT GO HERE, HIPPA doesn't mean a thing in that office. If you absolutely have to go there then I highly recommend you see her Nurse Practicioner. The NP is the only thing that office has going for it. The staff is by far the worst I've ever seen, she needs to do her self a favor and re staff the front desk before she looses the remainder of her patients. There is a reason that there are several negative reviews about this clinic and the Dr.

Worst staff and worst dr I have ever encountered in my life. The only people that would ever go there and people on drugs or trying to get drugs because you would have to be stupid to choose this doctor.

Dr is very knowledgeable and respectful. Office staff is pleasant and helpful. Sometimes you wait a little but this happens at every Dr I've ever been to.
