Dr roan and his staff are always so politely and friendly whenever I have had to visit his office. He removed my wisdom teeth and helped with every bit of aftercare. He is great!! Definitely part of the "we love dr roan" club!

$180. This appointment was suppose to be only $90. Thienous was a consultation visit for T.M.J. I was quoted on the phone the first visit would be $90. & it turned out to be $180. I was unable to go with my 18 due to my medical condition, and we have taught our girls to do as they are told, so without contacting a parent they just charged her for a new xray. She had just had this xray in December at her dentist office, but that one wasn't current enough. They never bothered to call until I became so upset. They still did nothing to help.this was the most unfriendly, unhelpful, and uncaring staff - I have ever spoken with. Very Disappointed!

Great doctor, I highly recommend using him. He was very insightful about my operation zand he was very caring and showed interest in me as his patient.

Dr. Roan did a great job and was very kind. However, his office staff is the worst I have ever encountered. They were rude, they failed to contact me to inform me of how much the procedure would cost out of pocket, and during the follow-up visits they were extremely rude. I was not pleased and will not be going back there due to poor service from the office staff.

Dr. Roan was an amazing oral surgeon. He made me feel very comfortable and so did everyone at the office. His bedside manner was also outstanding. The girls in the front and back were extremly proffesional and welcoming. They helped me out with my insurance and took great care of me when I had my surgery. I will be rec. Dr. Roan to my friends.

This is such a wonderful office. The doctor was very nice and the staff was even better! I was so nervous about the surgery but the kind ladies that work there helped me through it. From the moment I walked in the door to when I left, they all had smiles on there faces. I wish more offices were like that! THANK YOU

Dr. Roan is one of the finest men I know. He is caring and concerned about his patients. His staff is also polite and helpful. I had a great experience at his office.

I went to him to get my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Roan is very knowledgeable and nice, he definitely knows what he is doing. His staff on the other hand are awful. His staff led me to believe that they had spoke to my insurance to get my procedure pre-approved when they did not. At the end I ended up paying $2000 out of pocket. It is very sad that I won't be recommending people to him because he truly is a great doctor.

Dr. Roan was very inpatient with me AND he was NOT capable of helping. Very frustrating that he is taking the insurance money without being able to help his customers. He is telling them, sorry can't help go find someone else. So my insurance just paid you money for you to tell me that. Thats horrible. His bedside manner is HORRIBLE. Not at all a kind person. Very condescending.

Problems experienced were not with the dentist but with the staff. Ultimately it is the Dr's reponsibility to police his staff. I will not recommend the services of Dr. Roan to anyone I know.
