Was refereed to Dr, Guenther by my family doctor. Waited 8 months to get in, not an issue I understand she was booked. So I finally get into see her. Was in her room for 5 minutes where she tells me " it does not seem to be an issue, use some vit e cream but we will reschedule for 8 weeks and check on it"

My family doctor is getting me another dermatologist

Went to see Dr. G a few weeks ago for a skin issue. Her staff is amazing organized and caring. Her however, makes you feel like you are a bother to her day! Like why are you here. I showed her my skin rash/issue and she says well vit e or hydrocortisone cream will help that. Well yes , I thought so too but considering my family doctor and I already tried that 6 months ago...IT DIDN'T WORK AND THAT IS WHY I am here she then tells me of it gets worse to come back....!! So yes I still have this rash and no help.

I went to Dr. Guenther for a mole. It had changed, bubbled out gotten bigger and as a women it sits on my bra line. My family doctor was concerned with it. Not that it was cancer but that it was hurting and where it was located. So she sent me to Dr. Guenther as I wanted to go about my acne as well. Well I must say I honestly left CRYING. I sat there and listen to her tell me my mole was "fine, and no need to remove it" She would however remove it for $300. I told her how it was hurting etc. she did not care. So we moved on to the acne, she did not even listen to me... Told me I had no acne, which I DO all over my neck, face back and chest! So I showed her just my neck...She handed me a paper for some LaRoche Posay products you can get at Shoppers and said this would help. I told her I have used it before, so she decided to tell me I over wash my face. I tell her I was it 2 times a day. She interrupts ALL the time. I broke out crying in her office which is something I am not proud of, but I was BEYOND frustrated with her.

I have been seeing Dr Guenther for at least 14 years. She has gotten me through some very rough times with my psoriasis. She is very knowledgeable and has always treated me with respect. As far as the psoriasis studies are concerned, yes she does do the studies, but they need to be done! Doctors and patients have to participate in the studies so that new and better drugs will be approved. Honestly, I don't know where I would be today with Dr. Guenther's help.

I have seen this very fine woman and know she is very ethical, has much experience and the Lyn Gunther and the staff are very professional!!! She and the staff work very well together to make your experience as comfortable as they can. My cancer has come back again and again because I am high risk being as it was in stage 4 when it began and in a place I could not see, on by backside. Therefore. I will be seeing her often, yet in years to come to keep my skin cancer under Lyn Gunther's watchful eye!!! SHE IS GOOD!!!!

Dr Guenther has so much experience in her field, she is very thorough with her examination , very well knowledge in dermatology, the staff are very good , they call to for reminder of appointment. Very good team work.

The WORST experience of my life with trying to get help from a doctor. Her crazy, sociopath of a receptionist Michelle plays games with people for pure fun. She claimed to call me for my reminder appointments (twice, and 7months apart) but actually didn't. Then she became condensending, and abusive, blamed me AND refused to give me a fill in apmt. Although she claimed to put me on the cancellation list ,again after 4more months of suffering I never got a call. Meanwhile my treatable condition spread all over my face, I have suffered emotional trauma and after losing a year trying to get in. I never did get to see the doctor. However after reading these reviews....I will find a better one, with a more mentally stable humane receptionist!

I would never recommend this doctor. I was a patient for almost 4 years and she would only treat one area at a time even though I had many that needed treatment, I finally got a biopsy done after almost 4 years and a letter from my family doctor, By then the cancer had spread and I had to have surgery to correct her incompetence. and am still.
