Dr. Guenther needs to learn how to talk to patients ! She does not care about anything you have to say! She makes you feel like you are an inconvenience for her and wants you out of her office as quick as possible. I will NEVER recommend her or go back to her

saw her for the first time a few months ago. I had to "visit" her in her office since she had foot problems. She showed little concern over my condition and the medication she prescribed did not work at all. She also refused to consider another skin condition since it wasn't part of the initial consult/referral.

This person should not be a doctor. she is weird..told me the flaked skin she treated last time was dandruff i said what she said dandruff use head and shoulders. She is a pig a true aholeShe also has displayed in her office a Best Doctor plaque you actually pay $200 for them . I am also clean and bald and right off at this fake doctor.

She is always running late. I understand a doctors office is running late, but why not call patients and tell them so? If a patient was 30mins-2 hours late that would be unacceptable... is our time less valuable? Plain disrespect, and on top of that the staff is not apologetic at all, but defensive and rather rude.

I waited 6+months to see this doctor, took half the day off work for nothing. I have been dealing with cystic acne for many years and thought by seeing a dermatologist I could finally find out what could be causing this. The answer that I received was “many people suffer from adult acne” and was given a prescription for a pill to take and was told to cleanse my face with dove soap. Really? I waited 6 months for this. I got more helpful information from my family doctor. I am appalled by the treatment I received from this doctor. I will never go back and I will be letting my family doctor know about this experience. She also took a personal phone call during my appointment. I feel sorry for the staff working for her.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Became severely burnt from the treatment which lead to first and second degree burns all over my body. This lead me missing three weeks of work and having being on heavy painkillers to deal with the agony. This is after 13 seconds in the chamber which is what my time was for two prior sessions which those two had no problems. So was the third so different when it was the same? Asked Michelle and she played dumb and said she had no idea what could of happened. Well you clearly screwed up and need to admit this. Because of this, I’m advising anyone go to another clinic in London, Ont so no one gets as burnt as I did

Sooo, I have been with this self-indulgent Doctor for over 25 yrs. I agree fully with all the 2.5 star ratings! She is consistently overbooked, makes your concerns (that you waited 4 months to discuss) seem immaterial and cuts you off quickly. Gives little information regarding your issues. Talks AT LENGTH about herself and speaking engagements around the world and then spends 1 minute (LITERALLY) zapping me with liquid nitro. Lost count how many times I WANTED TO WALK OUT! Any ratings that show 4 or 5 stars should be suspect.
Don't waste the years that I did! Get another Dermatologist!!!

I did wait for my appointment but when she saw me she did an excellent job. She did spray my face for some troublesome areas. She did see a problem behind my ear and promptly took a snip for a biopsy. I think Dr. Guenther is an very good skim doctor. I will continue to see her,

Not only was Dr Guenther late for my appointment she came into the room looked at my concern for like 2 seconds and told me to use vit e cream and that would help clear it up and she would see me in 3 months! She spent a total of 5 min with me!!!No questions nothing. She was rude,not compassionate at all!
