I have only visited this doctor 3 times over the past 6 months. After getting labwork done, my a1c came back at 6.7. She prescribed 500mg metformin 2/day. 3 months later, got labwork again, a1c was at 6.1. The doctor then raised my dosage to 1000mg 2/day. This raise in dosage has made it next to impossible to keep my blood sugar at a healthy level. Last night, it dropped all the way to 31. I don't believe this doctor knows how to deal with overweight and/or diabetic patients. As for her skills in other areas, I cannot speak for. But I do not recommend her if you have issues with blood sugar or weight.

Smart and up to date with technology but old fashioned towards patients in that she sits and talks with us for as long as needed to get a far more comprehensive picture of my health and life since my last visit then I could impart by just telling her what's uppermost in my mind at the time of our visit. Her staff are of the highest quality and so personable I look forward to seeing them in the same way i look forward to seeing good friends.
