treated like a number seem to be all about the money when you are told to be re checked for same issue over an over lots of mistakes made with the scheduling an the PA didnt seem knowledgable on issues we were being seen for the doctor not willing to stand behind there name to make it right very dissappointed over 10 years at this office an they seemed more worried about getting paid for another visit than anything else

First appt, no doctor! A whining PA ranting about "Obamacare"! Prescribed a strong medication, no input, just an "take it"attitude. Told to come back for a blood pressure check, treated like I was an nuisance,by staff, even 'tho I was instructed to come in. Told /advised to go to Metro Hospital instead! Had 1 staff member make rude faces, when asked by a PA to take my pressure.Another walked out of the room,no reply! And, was not told side effects of the medicine prescribed. Had to do that myself. And recently I received a phone call TELLING me she doubled the prescription. So,there is no trust here, no communication, and tired of being treated so rudely. Oh,and love being told "I know nothing about that, I advise you to 'google' it", by a staff member.

First visit.I went in for script renews from old primary. She called them in right away.Labs were done to check my thyroid and meds adjusted for that. She then set me up to have 2 moles I was concerned about removed in her office. She was on time and did not charge me for this.I was also sick on the day I came for the mole removal and she checked me for sore throat and determined it was a sinus infection and ordered in meds. She did not charge me for this visit. At my last DR they charged me to come in and get my blood pressure taken.I thought she was personable and caring and ON TIME.Will be going back in 7 days to have the stiches removed.I like her and her staff they are very friendly.

I have Severe back and leg pain (no joint pain). I was given a perscription for a pain reliever which made the pain worse. After the blood test, she diagnosed Gout. She prescribed Prednesone (a symptom reliever) and to call back if my condition continued. I was not given any information as to otherwise treat Gout (diet etc.). The prednesone took all the pain away. I researched web sites (goutpal.com) on gout and found dietary changes to make. I did the dietary guidelines. There was a small effect. The pain returned after the prednesone treatment expired. I called the doctor for further guidance and I received none except to come back in. I feel that all I received was 'take aspirin and call me back in the morning'. I'm looking for a new doctor!!
