Fairly disinterested demeanor, brought up unrelated issues during my brief (cash only) visit, lack of warmth (even if you fake that it's fine, but try to at least fake it.) I understand the cash only for first visit, but accept credit cards for established patients. Maybe pay up to obtain an ATM machine.

Very good doctor; however, the payment policy needs improvement. The staff needs to be more understanding The office only takes cash and check. I arrived to my appointment with no cash or check but with a credit card.
I asked if I can be seen and come back to the office after my appointment to pay my co-payment and the staff refused. The staff advised that if I cancelled the appointment, I would also have to pay the copayment. It's a lose/lose for the patients. Patients should not have added stress when they go to get mental help!
The office should have some flexibility working with their patients especially if the patients have insurance and a minimal copayment.
