The doctor himself is amazing. He is very well educated and helpful. The issue is that his staff is the laziest, most incompetent, negligent people I have ever seen- specifically the receptionist. She is rude and 100% unhelpful no matter what the issue is. They don't communicate via telephone. You need to know that. If you have an insurance issue with a medication or coverage, it will not get resolved, period. I have been a patient for about ten years, even when he was in Shrewsbury and over the last three years, his ratings on almost every site have taken a massive nosedive due to this issue. He's probably accepting new patients, but you will never become one. The voice mailbox is always full. If you want to communicate with him, you need to message him via snail mail, drive to the office or text message back and forth? So unprofessional!!

Saw this doctor once he put me on a depression medication which made me extremely ill and a zombie ignored my request for ADD medication which is what is required for new learning. When I requested he pay attention to my ADD needs he "transferred" referred me to a doctor in Worcester. You could not pay me to enter that city for any reason too much crime and gangs. Also no one answers the phone ever receptionist does not do her job.

One of the most caring, knowledgable doctors you will ever meet. He never pushes for things you dont want, like therapy in my case, and is always patient, engaged, and genuinely cares about his patients. You can tell how much he loves his job, and he treats you as an equal, an ally. I adore him!

Dr Khreim is the most compassionate, kind, knowledgable, and wonderful doctor I have ever met. On my first visit he was so thorough and genuinely interested in my care and well being. I have had anxiety for years and Dr. Khreim is the only doctor that has ever truly understood what I was explaining to him. I spent a large part of our visit crying because having anxiety is very upsetting to me. He was so caring and reassured me his treatment plan would work. I am so happy to have found him.

Dr. Khreim is one of the best doctors around! Not only is he kind, compassionate, and a genuinely concerned listener, but he really knows his stuff. His knowledge and insight is reassuring. He's been my doctor for 3.5 years now, and will hopefully be for many years to come. He found the medicine that got me out of my largest funk, and for that, I am truly grateful.
