Sadly, the hardware he used did not stay in place and after several painful weeks I have to go in for surgery to correct position and have new hardware installed. This will be done by a different surgeon.

I found Dr. Moran to be kind, compassionate and caring. He did not have a big ego like the other surgeons I’ve had. He is a very experienced surgeon. My first encounter with him was emergent. He made me totally at ease and I was quite anxious and worried. He was an excellent communicator and was able to address all of my concerns. He even sought out my spouse after my surgery while I was in recovery to update him. Time will tell, as I recover, as to how good his surgical skills really are, but I have confidence that it was done well.

My knee is still not good and was sent for other knee injuries and he did xray of which he was asked to do a scope, which he looked at the xray and all he said was your right knee is worse then your left knee and to exercise it. I had an mri done in kamloops and I have a meniscus rear in left knee

Dr. Moran has been managing an injury that doesn’t require surgery for me. After being in the building for about 90 seconds I was already speaking to him. Polite, kind and attentive to my needs. On bedside manner alone he gets a 5+ stars from me.

Dr Moran operated on my fathers knee. He did not replace the knee cap. After 2 years of walking slightly with pain he had knee cap replaced. Scare was 8inches long and Infection killed him. I would not recommend Dr Moran to anyone. Ever. Difficult to get ahold of. Was a terrible experience for the whole family . Despite the 4 stars above. He does not have a good reputation in this town. He should retire.

Dr. Moran replaced both of my knee joints, knee caps and hip joints. I would highly recommend him and his team. Personable, professional and kind! I have my life back!
