Great dentist but very very mean to her staff. I wish she would have focused more on the work she was doing on me, than belittling her staff. It made me very uncomfortable.

What makes this place is definitely her staff. I love it when I walk in and the lovely receptionist always greets me by name with a smile. Going to the dentist is not my favourite, but seeing happy smiling faces is always a treat. It's not a secret how Dr. Kriel treats hers staff, but I want to know the staff's secret in keeping so calm and happy. Keep on the good work, it doesn't go unnoticed.

The work that DrKriel does is amazing. However the way she treats her staff is criminal. Constantly rolling her eyes at them and making comments like "are you serious? " or "how do you not know that?". Maybe her wait time would not be so long if she spent more time focused on the patient and less time belittling her staff!

Best dentist in the city hands down. Her staff is all amazing mostly due to her high expectations of them. They all work fluidly and seamlessly. Dr Kriel helped myself and my husband when we had tooth pain from botched dental work on both of us. She is also great with children. She is a fantastic dentist.

Dr. Kriel is amazing. She's been treating our family a few years now and always does a wonderful job. We can't speak highly enough of her. Great personality, highly knowledgeable and with a friendly staff. Has made going to the dentist a breeze.
