Excellent doctor and only run late when taking the time to care for another patient in need.

Dr Pond's office has an extremely busy practice and she spends quality time with her patients, therefore sometimes she is late getting to my appt time. She makes up for it by not rushing through, she focuses on what I'm saying and is very supportive and helpful. We are lucky to have her in NB.

after having broken my back while in the army and medically discharged Ashla became my family dr. She is well aware of my distrust of doctors and managed to earn my trust over the years. She helps manage my chronic pain and actually cares. I have nothing but good things to say about her. Without her I would probably of shot myself long ago lol.

Dr. Pond is a good doctor, the only thing is she's always running late, not too sure why, but other then that have no problems with her

After being sent for blood tests and she received the results, which revealed some medical issues, she decided not to call me. I found out about my results after having to call (because I was worried) and then was told that I didn't need to come in for an appointment. Useless in my opinion, and refuses to prescribe medication even when it could help someone in everyday life.

Dr. Pond is a great doctor. You can tell that she know what she is doing, and that she cares about her patients. She is very efficient and has a lot of knowledge. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Pond since childhood and consider myself lucky to have her as my doctor. The care I recieve from her is top notch. She neevr makes me feel rushed, she remembers important things about my life and is always interested to hear about what I am up to and how my family is doing. My only complaint would be that her office's hours are not the most convenient - mornings some days and afternoons others. It can make it quite tricky to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Achla Pond always takes my inquires seriously, never makes me feel rushed, asks about my other family members who have health problems. I find that she is not quick to prescribe medication which I like. I feel she treats my family and I the way she would want her own family treated. She is very professional and knowledgable. Her receptionist is also very polite, kind and understands when an issue is of great importance. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Pond as my GP.
