This is a wonderful, caring physician with a large practice and has many involved patients. He takes the time with all of them. I am happy to have found a good doctor, after some missteps with others along the way.

I have to agree with some previous raters, about how most of the front desk staff really needs to be more professional and friendly (a genuine smile goes a long way). They wander around like it's been the worst day in their lives and they are not prompt to help if you have a question. I have been kept waiting for over 5 minutes for someone even to acknowledge that I'm waiting at the front desk. I have been going to this medical office for 8 years now and not one of them knows me by name!! I have worked in a busy medical office and always had the time to greet the patients and ask how their day is going. Dr Hopkins and his PA Melanie, on the other hand, are awesome and this is why I continue to go to this clinic. They are both very professional and kind and they listen and truly, you feel cared for by them:)

Dr Hopkins is very nice.... Super busy..... He seems to care.... Staff needs to improve!!!!!! You wonder if his staff is the way the are if he knows of this and if so does he care... because first impressions last.... He is a good Dr so this is very interesting to see how is office staff treats his patients.

Dr. Hopkins is very thorough, patient, kind, and knowledgable. He never belittles my questions or concerns like some docs have in the past. I am moving out of the state, and I hope to find someone like him in my new town!

I used Dr. Hopkins for at least 10 years. He's everything a doctor should be - pleasant,calm, thorough, conscientious, smart, ethical, & does what is best for his patients. I only stopped using him because I moved far from Chandler. I wish there was a doctor like him where I live now!!!

Dr. Hopkins is one of the best doctors that I know. He is very thorough and addresses your concerns at all times. He never rushes through the appt. when he's behind. It would be great if all doctors were like that.

Great Doctor. Takes time to talk to you and is very thorough. Great Staff. I would recommend him to anyone. My whole family goes to him and loves him.
