Dr. Cuervo makes us wait every single time no less tha one hour. My mom is 96 yrs old and has Alzheimers. It is unreasonable. If by any chance you arrive 5 minutes late , the staff belittles you!

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
