Good doctor, wish he explained more what and why he was doing during exam. Office staff is awful. Called multiple times to check if I needed to keep appt all the way up til morning of appt before I finally got to talk to someone. Had left 3 messages prior. Assistant called me day after 2nd appt to verify which pharmacy to call in Rx to, then NEVER called it in. Have waited almost 3 weeks now and left another message but they won’t call back. Not worth the 2 hour drive if follow up doesn’t exist. Am sure the dr is unaware of this issue but who do you tell?
