The staff is VERY unkind. Please DO NOT give your money to people who will mistreat you. The customer service is far from disappointing- it’s disgusting.

To detail my horrible experiences over the past 3 years would be too long. Therefore, in summation, I’ve received a misdiagnosis, experienced disregard to my medical concerns, been “accidentally” overcharged, and experienced disrespect on multiple occasions especially when requesting referrals.

The last straw was recently when one of the doctors prescribed me an antibiotic for a foot concern that I had. I expressed that I rather not take an antibiotic as I was breastfeeding my 3 month old baby, and the doctor told me to just “pump and dump.” I asked that a referral to a podiatrist still be made. The office completed the referral and the podiatrist addressed the minor concern with NO antibiotics or medication AT ALL (not because I was breastfeeding, but because medication was UNNECESSARY).

It doesn’t appear that the practice has taken into consideration the complaints and feedback they have received as they are still operating poorly. Consequently, if the practice isn’t even proactively working to improve their services, I wouldn’t advise spending your money here, and I wouldn’t advise placing your medical care and thus your LIFE in the hands of such a dishonorable practice.

I’ve been a patient for 12 years and today was the last day. Every time I have been there, I wait a MINIMUM of 35 minutes. This morning, my appointment was at 10:45, they told me to come at 10:30. I arrived at 10:27. It was 11:30 on the dot and I still haven’t gone back to a room. There were several people in the waiting area, so I gave it some time. Finally after an hour of waiting, I decide to ask what is going on. The front desk at 11:39 told me it would be at LEAST another half hour. This was also after having to ask someone else, but don't worry, no effort was given on her end to speed along the process because two other women had to speak up and get her to take a small amount of initiative. They kept trying to hand me a paper about them transitioning to electronic (which I've seen before) and that is unfortunately not the issue considering this happens every time I’ve been here in the past 12 years. If an electronic system is slowing you down that badly, it may be time to consider a new Internet company, an external team to come in after hours and upload all records for you, or appropriate training. An electronic system should not be slowing you down this significantly to the point that patients are waiting an hour and a half to even be put into a room. The front desk woman also tried patronizing me by saying “it’s been 52 minutes”. Yes, it would've been 52 minutes from the start time of my appointment, but you told me to arrive 15 minutes early. She also tried telling me that they didn't know they were backed up...but yet the sign-in sheet is directly in front of her face at all times and that's how she knows who is in the office and for which doctors. So yes, you were very well aware because you're the one checking us in. The two people who heard me having this discussion also agreed that they've also been waiting 30+ minutes and this was NOT the first time this happened to them either. I don’t live close anymore, so it’s not easy to make appointments. I am so tired of waiting and not being given any communication. I have lost all patience. There is truly no excuse for the lack of communication and amount of disrespect by grown professionals (or should be professionals).

I truly hope Dr. Kress takes a deep look at his practice and strategizes new methods for educating staff. I would be embarrassed to have my name on anything associated with the service I experienced.

This is one of the worst doctors offices I have ever visited in my life. Everything about them is beyond sub par. They are unprofessional, the front desk ladies are miserable and disrespectful, the office is completely out of date, and the doctors never seem to know ANYTHING. They schedule me for appointments, I show up only to be told I have no appointment.... I had an emergency visit and was turned away because the lady looked at the wrong day. They tell you to come in at a certain time, but your appointment is really 45 minutes later. So then you wait around for an hour to be seen. Then when you finally get into the room, you wait another 20 for the doctor to even come in. They literally do the most basic check, tell you there doesn't seem to be anything wrong, and then walk out. Offer no real help, no real concern, just do their mandatory couple minutes in each room, while collecting their copays. Again, I had an EMERGENCY and was turned away.... what doctor does that?! Especially when it was an error on THEIR part! The most unorganized and unknowledgable group of people I've encountered....

The staff has changed and is better managed. Great customer service now. This practice does not have EHR and is privately owned, which is rare, and allows providers to spend more time with patients face-to-face. The bad apples in the staff have been eliminated.

Doctors are great here. But unless you are dying you won't get an appointment simply because the nasty staff is unwillingly to work. I was never able to schedule a physical exam for any of my kids because they always said that we would have to wait 3 to 4 months! I had to lie a few times to get an appointment sooner! That is ridiculous! I'm paying them! This is not Medicare, Medicaid or anything! They are rude, they act that they are doing you a favor all the time. I finally left the practice because of them. Dr. Kress really should replace all those nasty ladies for people that really care for others and are not there just for a paycheck.

Dr Kress is great. His office staff does not ever return phone calls. You wait insanely long to speak with someone. When they are short handed it becomes your burden. Also it is good that Dr. Rudin is not longer associated with them. I am now waiting over two weeks and 2 phone calls for results. Finally received a call back from nasty nurse. Always a pleasure. If Dr. Kress was not so good I would leave this practice.

Wonderful doctor, as are the other doctors in his practice. But the staff are dreadful--abrupt and rude, and information you give them does not get passed on to the others. Am thinking of leaving the practice because of the staff.

I've been going to this practice for many years, but as of the past few years the staff has been treating me and my husband quite shabbily. They are rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. We are switching doctors solely due to the staff. The doctors are all nice but, to be fair, you spend a lot of time dealing with the nasty morons they put at the desk.

I have seen Dr. Kress as a patient for 17 yrs, but have known him (I'm a nurse) for about 28 yrs. He is a very caring and brilliant physician who pays attention to detail. I have multiple diseases which require close management, and he makes sure that I do. The other physicians he has hired into his practice have many of the same attributes. I feel very comfortable going to the doctor at his office.
