Dr. Chiella has great judgement, is warm, caring, intelligent and has incredible instincts due to her experience and training . She has been my doctor for several years and has been a great coach and mentor getting me the right amount of care and recommending specialists when necessary.

Unavailable, constantly away. Very few office hours. Not a good diagnostician. Will send for lab work but no followup. Unwilling to hypothesize or formulate her own judgements. She's a lovely lady though disengaged. Not the most friendly or helpful of staff either. Dr Chiella is supportive of differing parenting styles though her reception seems challenged by this.

My family has been with Dr. Chiella for several years and she is simply amazing in every way (and I can confess my family has a multitude of health issues). She knows when to be thorough, and when to spare you the trouble of unnecessary testing. She studies and keeps up to date with the latest technology and understands the proper application for that technology. I just can't understand some of the comments here about her not being accessible... If I need a same day appointment, there is always room on her schedule for such emergencies. She is warm, caring, intelligent and has incredible instincts due to her strong experience and training in multiple areas of medicine. If she 'only' sends you for blood work, it's because she clearly knows that's all you need at that point. More isn't always better. It's called an MD, which is not acquired through Google! My family will always be grateful to Dr. Chiella for all that she's done for us.

I find Dr. Chiella to be very rude to me. She simply brushes off my concerns & never takes the time to answer any questions that I have regarding my health. During my last visit, she walked out of the room as I was trying to ask a question. Furthermore, Dr. Chiella never even exams me. She just sends me for blood work. If there are no findings, then she simply disregards my symptoms & doesn't do any follow-up tests. Right now I am in severe pain & Dr. Chiella refused to fit me in & is making me wait 2 wks for an appointment.

What a change from my past doctor. Totally approachable, can't say enough good things about her. She doesn't hesitate to send you to a specialist. Highly recommend

Dr Chiella is a good doctor. Friendly, knowledgeable and very nice. Unfortunately she is NEVER available. She is my family doctor and every time I call for an appointment for someone in the family we are told she is on vacation. Or her hours are only a few hours a day. I can't remember the last time we were able to actually see Dr. Chiella. We always have to go to the clinic. Does this woman ever work? She seems to always be off. Shame because when she is available, she is a great doctor.
