This doctor was AWFUL. He was so rude and the whole staff was unpleasant. The office was so disgusting and not clean or sanitary. I waited over an hour for the appointment and I will never come back here again

I have been a patient of Hudson Primary Care for 10+ years. I had the unfortunate luck of being under Dr. Desimone's care and when he left, I transferred over to Dr. Raffaelli. In recent months, I have seen the office turn to shambles. The office is dirt, paint peeling off the walls, and staff that is anything but friendly. It is near impossible to schedule an appointment(even when sick) and when you do have one, you sit in the waiting for for 2+ hours. I recently called the office to see if I can come in to have a form filled out for work , I was advised that I would have to see him as a patient (so they are able to bill me). However , no appointments available for the week. I asked to speak to the doctor himself and they advised me he was"too busy". Dr. Raffaelli wasn't to busy when I came in to see him and he picked up a private phone call in the room with his car insurance provider. I am beyond frustrated with the care I have received in this office since the "change" occurred. As of today, I have switched my PCP , to an office that cares more about their patient and less about the check they are going to cash.

My god, talk about waste of time. Normally, expect to wait at least 1 hour (while feeding parking meeter, because there's no other parking available). Dr himself was ok. Usually spent about 10 minutes with me before moving on. Didn't really care to know anything else. His staff was very flaky. Letting the spanish speaking population go ahead. Primary reason for change, again, the long waits before he saw me.
