Worst doctor in Fredericton. Arrogant, rude, didn't listen to her patients, and absolutely loved using that prescription pad without trying to truly understand the issue.

Took time to listen to my problems and wasn’t afraid to refer to someone else when the issue was out of her scope. Dr. Collins had a no-nonsense method of doing things but I appreciated that. I was lucky enough to have found a new family doctor and realize how good I had it with Dr. Collins.

Saved my life and showed tremendous compassion while doing so. Certainly had to wait for appointment times but that is understandable given the size her practice was. When she closed her practice to take another job, she made sure to find me another family doctor. Missed beyond words.

Dr. Collins was a wonderful doctor and I certainly miss her. She was always kind and caring and addressed all my issues. Other doctors rated her the best of the best and I certainly agree.

I think it was time Dr. Collins retired. I found a new doctor and had great success so far. Within a few months, my new doctor has addressed all of my concerns that I tried to address to Dr. Collins but had no luck doing so. Dr. Collins was so judgemental and rude.

Now that you have retired (thank god) and I have the pleasure of finally getting a real doctor I realize just how uncaring terrible doctor you are. Enjoy your cushy govt job which you are terrible at also

Joanne is wonderful and that's where the good things stop. She was my family doctor growing up and I always hated having to go in. When I was in my early 20's I suffered from mental illness and she was very dismissive and condescending about it, and only offered me medication for treatment when I clearly needed more help. Once she asked me what I was studying and I said psychology and she laughed at me. I complained of back and leg pain only to be fully ignored (literally she didn't even acknowledge I said it) and have since been diagnosed, by another doctor, with a chronic illness that would explain it. I've felt incredibly disrespected after every visit and will never go back to this doctor again

Possibly the worst doctor in Fredericton. Her staff is good, just she isn't. I would give helpfulness, punctuality, and knowledge zero stars if I was able to. Dr. Collins is rude, judgemental, and just doesn't seem to care. I have had her for about 15 years now. She disregards my health concerns and is very quick to jump to her prescription pad. I would not recommend her to anyone. I am happy to see that I am not the only one who has had bad experiences with her.
