When I saw him as a patient, I found that he would try very hard. At times, he did seem to talk through his problem-solving before coming to a diagnosis. That discerning approach was interesting and helpful. He was a caring doctor.

I just quit going to this doctor. There are just too many weird things about him to describe which made me feel very uncomfortable. In the I quit when he changed my meds with bad results and didn't do anything about it. I thought I was better off as a walk-in at another great clinic - getting correctly diagnosed and receiving excellent care (none of their doctors are taking on new patients), than having a family doctor whose diagnosis, treatment and behaviour I didn't trust or like one bit. This is the 2nd bad experience at this clinic since my original family doctor left there years ago. I have news for Kathleen Wynne - so MANY Ontarians are without a family doctor !!!

I am elderly and not in the best of health. This doctor is new to our clinic. I am very glad he has come because he treated me kindly and listened to my story patiently. Lots of young doctors just rush you in and out. I am grateful he has decided he can be my doctor. I hope he stays here.

I found this Dr to be very dismissive and unkempt and he pretty much put me off from the first instant he opened his mouth.

I really think there are a lot of foolish patients out there who wouldn't know a good doctor if he made a house call...which this doctor has been known to do! If you can't go out and advocate for your own daughter what's your issue? Why is that the doc's fault? When he was my doc he was straight forward and awesome...no argument will stand up to that statement!!!

I found him of all the Doctor's at this clinic to be the most hostile and rude. When I told him about my history of depression and anxiety he proceeded to (without asking) lift my sleeves to check for scars on my wrists which i found extremely invasive, offensive and rude. There are much better ways of going about getting information like that. I would never want to deal with him again.

No bedside manner. May know what he's talking about medically speaking but when your job is to care for people...you should really care for people. It was overheard that he acted like a jerk on purpose to patients he didn't like so they wouldn't come back; apperently he was great to those he liked.

This man is a disgrace to his profession. He must have paid someone to write his exams. Dr Treilhard is rude, constantly late, forever badmouthing collegues and previous places of employment.and forever talking about how amazing he is and how I am fortunate to have someone with his skills looking after me...I THINK NOT. I have been fortunate enough to have found a new doctor that has addressed all of the ailments Dr Trelhard couldn't figure out. Signed: THANKFUL TO BE AN EX-PATIENT

He is very rude, never looks you in the eye and has no respect for anyone's time. We always waited at least one hour, but many times two or three hours. I was there once when my daughter's appointment was for 9 am, he walked in at 11 am! In addition when ever I called to make an appointment I got the answering machine, and had to wait and wait for his receptionist to call me back. When my teenage daughter ended up in Groves memorial for a serious issue, he sent her to Kitchener hospital, and never once after that asked if she was OK, what happened to her there or anything, even when I sat in his office at his desk across from him a couple of weeks later! Needless to say after that incident we never went back to him. He is definitely in the wrong profession!
