You will get better professional care from a tree stump. From punctuality to communication hands down should be shut down . Complaint being filed with the ministry.

I have been a patient for 15 years and this is actually a story about how broken our medical system is. When I first went to dr Davis, I was overwhelemed with the level of personal touch and attention to detail. Since 2020 I have seen her become more and more burnt out. She is running later and later, and glossing over “small things” things more and more. The dr she usually refers people to are all retiring so she passes the research of specialists onto her patience. I’m not going to change Dr. This is how I deal with it: - I got early in the day, first thing if possible, and I start with asking her about her cats. - I make a list and aknowlage we are both busy. - when I’m asking for dr notes I tell her it’s for insurance (because it is) - I don’t talk about feelings at all. I remind her how things are effecting my work life and career. - she is not weight positive. I’ve noticed a huge shift in her dynamic as I’ve gained weight. If this is triggering for you, put on the battle armour before seeing her. Or change doctors all together. If I do end up changing it will be due to this. The medical system has failed her, and us, so when you read these reviews and get mad - go vote. She has dedicated her whole life to her practise and now doesn’t have the energy to care. That’s a broken system. Don’t drag the dr, drag the system.

This doctor does not "have your back". Her referral responded 1.5 years later -- I already self-advocated and got the surgery I needed. She never asked about it.

I've been a patient for over 20 years. She is dismissive and rushed always. Have waited for up to 2 hours in the cramped waiting room to the point where I'd rather just live with an ailment than go to see her. Awful.

Not a caring doctor. I want to feel I'm in "trusted hands" of a person who actually cares about my well-being. Being heardf is important. I find Dr. Davis very dismissive and intimidating. She seems preoccupied by more important patients and things. I'd find another doctor but I know there's a shortage these days.

I have been a patient for over 20 + yrs in-person & telephone visits. After covid Jayne compassion for patient care has significantly deteriorated to the point of not taking accountability. I would have to write a list and when I saw here I was and rushed and in tears with her stating she could only deal with one concern at a time. And that she doesn't know how to help, when at this point I have asked for numerous referrals as it's now been 3 or 4 yrs I've lost count. All she had to do was refer to someone who could help. I felt every visit nothint was getting solved but she was getting paid. I kept booking appts nothing resolved but she was getting paid for my visit. Basically still have no referrals sent out. The receptionists are amazing and aware of complaints. As for paperwork every other doctor or specialist fills it out on spot. She needs a year or more to complete forms and will tell you there's a cue of people waiting. As for mental health awareness since covid, maybe hers has taken a hit along with everyone else's. Although we can all understand doctor wait times, potentially bad days etc. But rude, dismissive behavior towards her patients is unacceptable ie making them cry. Her care is actually negligence. She was once a good, kind compassionate and thorough doctor but has now lost the passion.

I have never met such a vile, rude adult in a professional setting in my 50+ years on earth.

Rude, dismissive and intolerable. She has been my Dr for decades, and I am disgusted by her behavior. No concern for mental health issues, to the point of accusing me of lying. She has an incredible level of self importance, and a clear understanding of power dynamics. As another reviewer pointed out, I feel trapped. Why she has three stars is beyond me. You have to retire Davis!

I've waited for several months for a proper diagnosis. The receptionist told there's a "lot of paperwork" and I'll have to wait longer and then maybe I'll have another in-person appointment .This is not good service or quality of care.
