He's been my doctor since '05 & I've had no probs whatsoever. The staff is very good as well. His main receptionist is great; always friendly w/ me when I show up.

Have been with Dr Paulin for several years now and think he's the best doctor I have ever seen. Love that you can book appointments and ask questions on line. If it's important and the doctor is busy they will book you with a nurse practitioner, he has 3 working for him as well as a mental health nurse/counsellor.

Recently hurt my back at work, made an appointment and then was accused by the nurse practitioner of drug seeking. I hadn't been to see the Doctor in over 5 years. My next appointment was over the phone and no one called. Getting a hold of receptionist is impossible. Over all a terrible experience with this office, doesn't matter what your issue is they will try to convince you, you don't need an appointment and if they book an appointment it most likely will not be with the Doctor.

My family and I have had numerous appointments with Dr. Paulin since moving here from the Yukon and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service and care he and his staff have provided us. We appreciate his kindness and progressive attitude and knowledge toward medicine and patient care. Understandably hard to get through when calling at times, but secretary is friendly and willing to help. Thank you!

It is so nice to be with a doctor who has brought himself to the technical age. His web site is user friendly. You can book an appointment online, ask questions online, and have prescriptions renewed online. I have completed all three and not only found the process to be rather simple, the results are prompt and exactly what one would expect. He is an efficient, personable and caring doctor. The office staff complement him well, including his nurse. I have only been with them for under a year and I am grateful to have Dr. Paulin as my family doctor.
