Very thankful for Dr. Pajot going with her gut and ordering tests for me such as a CT for what we thought may have been a partial bowel blockage. Turned out to be what they thought was ovarian cancer but after further testing and surgery in Kingston it wasn’t. Grateful for her persistence getting answers for me and resolve!

I was assigned Dr. Pajot after Dr. Holmes retired. Staff makes me feel like I am inconveniencing them if I ask for an appointment. Haven’t seen the actual Dr. In over 3 years. She wouldn’t know me to trip over me. Never remembers anything about me. It’s always the nurse. Found the nurse to be dismissive if I wanted to discuss more than one issue. The office staff and nurse have made me feel so horrible about calling for an appointment that now I don’t even want to go to that office. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and treated in Kingston. I guess if anything else comes up, I am out of luck in Brockville..

Is a breath of fresh air since taking over the practice from Dr. Holmes. Has repeatedly taken the time to listen and engage with myself and my family when we have presented with issues (rarely) . Her diligence led finally to a confirmed diagnosis of Celiac disease after several years of pain and discomfort.

I went eight months three specialist to just find out I had a torn rotator cup in super pain first she did an x-ray then went to a nerve specialist then a heart doctor then a physiotherapist that told me I needed an operation after eight months I am now looking for a new doctor The worst eight months of my life still suffering

Great sense of humour, high energy and smart. I am very grateful to have a physician like her. The reception staff are very rude to patients. I always feel like an inconvenience to them when I need to make an appointment or ask a question.
