I know Dr. Holca hit himself inane trouble s couple of years ago , but he was my general practioner for years and I loved him. He was always pleasant, understanding and Neverbrushed me out of the office like the physician factories I find myself having to go to now. He may have made a bad decision but we really need to stop judging his entire practice on that. He was a terrific Doctor to me and several others in my family for several years and I miss him terribly. One person wrote....that his office had no modern amenities, I suppose that's true but that's what I liked about him, no bells and whistles just an old-fashioned doctor that you only see in movies now. Dr Holca you will be missed and I wish you and your family the very best in the future. Debbie P. (I will say however, your receptionist will not be missed, what a nasty woman!!!). Sorry but I call it as I see it.

Dr. Holca seems nice, but I have not known him long. The receptionist or secretary is very nasty and unprofessional. The office is antiquated with no modern amenities. They do not refill prescriptions over the phone or without a visit, even for maintenance medication. Have to visit him every 3 months even if there is nothing wrong to get prescriptions. With a mail in pharmacy service, I need 3 weeks to even get my medication, that would mean I would visit the doctor every 2.5 months?

Dr. Holca has been my family Dr. for over 10 years. While he always gives me good advice, he does seem very rushed and perhaps not as concerned as he should be. Maybe because I am young and mostly healthy. The actual waiting room is dingy, and needs a serious upgrade. Wait time is usually very long, so plan on being there a while.
