This doctor allows smoking in his waiting room. He expects non-smoking patients with respiratory and other health problems to sit in the same room and inhale the second-hand smoke of his smoking patients. His receptionist says that it's the doctor's discretion and it is his clinic. That may be so, but apparently he doesn't have his patients' best interest at heart.
