Dr. Klughaupt takes the time to listen to you and does not just refer you to other specialists unless you really need one. He is kind, smart, and conscientious.

I used to see one of his partners. When she left the practice, I started to see Dr. K. He was very nice, but I didn't have much confidence in his diagnosis of the rash I had. He wasn't really telling me what he thought I had, but when I started suggesting based on my internet research, he agreed with me and treated me based on my self-diagnosis. Not impressed.

Staff is very uncaring about their work, not willing to help you out in any means. If you try to correct them about something-you get major attitude back. They would much rather chatter to themselves and play raggaetone than to help you. Tries to schedule an appointment weeks into the future-so that they won't actually have to look through the next few days of scheduling to see if there is an open slot. While the Doctor is good, his fresh-out-of-HS staff leave something to be desired.

Extremely long wait time in office and staff was more interested in their lunch menu. Doctor was kind and caring, but had to wait at least 45 minutes for every appointment.

Spends a lot of time explaining things. good bedside manner. Very big on preventative measures for key conditions.
