I was notified a week before my appointment that the doctor was, "Called into surgery." Later I was informed she was going on vacation. When I called to reschedule my appointment they couldn't get me in for 2 months. Staff was professional, but not helpful at all. They do not even have a cancellation call list. I was told I could see another doctor and that is all they could do for me. I understand the doctor is going on vacation, but accommodations should be made when patients schedule appointments a year in advance. Also, if they had notified me sooner of the vacation I could have rescheduled closer to my originally planned appointment. I have been a patient for several years, and I have sent several referrals. I will not be doing this in the future. Also, every pair of glasses I have purchased here have given me a headache. She is a great doctor, but this experience was not positive. I will be looking for a new doctor, since customer service does not seem to be a concern here.

The worst wait times I've ever experience (2.5 hours). The staff does not let you know the doctor is behind, and the doctor is unapologetic unless you complain. Then you get this sort of backhanded apology. By the time I was seen, I was too upset to discuss my concerns. Will never go back--a complete waste of time.
