His staff is horrible as far as some of the women taking the appointments at the front desk. Very disorganized and not very friendly, but Dr Hammer, himself, is FANTASTIC. I know of people who left his care because of his staff, but I am sticking with him because I know he will straighten that out. I left Dr Edmondson to go to Dr Hammer and I am so pleased that I did. Totally different experience between the two doctors. Dr Hammer actually listens and cares. He is not a robot like Dr Edmondson that is programmed in old ways of medicine.
