Wow, if you can get by "SHEILA" who is a scheduler, you may just get to see Dr. Cline. Based on the reviews I've read though, you may want to look elsewhere. My ENT sent a referral over for me to be seen by Dr. Cline, for headaches. I initially spoke to Sheila on the phone who kept insisting that I couldn't be seen because I have MEDICAID. I DO NOT have Medicaid, I have Pacific Source Medicare. The more I kept trying to make her understand that, the more she insisted I had Medicaid. Out of frustration, I finally told her to come over and find my Medicaid card then, "because I don't have Medicaid." She was so rude on the phone. Then, I phoned back and spoke with Jessica in billing. I explained what had happened and that I do not have Medicaid, that I have Medicare and that I was happy to pay the 30 dollar co-pay. At that point she tells me, "well we aren't in St. Al's system, so you are out of network." "You can't be seen here." I phoned my ENT's office to let them know about the situation and the woman I spoke to at ENT stated, "they were just giving you the run around." I phoned back and asked Jessica why their office was listed in the St. Al's website. Back pedaling, she said well we don't take all Pacific Source plans, and that if I could just give her my insurance numbers she could check to see if I was in network.

Why when I initially called, did Sheila insist to me that I had Medicaid and then I was told by Jessica that I was not in network but when I check the Al's website, Dr. Cline is listed as a St. Al's doctor. Once I called Jessica back and confronted her on telling me they weren't affiliated with St. Al's, then she offered to check to see if my insurance was in network.

Patients, public, I worked in Family Health and for a Specialty Practice until I was seriously injured in an accident. I know the inner workings of a medical office. You will be profiled. You will be disrespected if you have Medicaid or Medicare or they see you are a chronic pain patient. These are the signs of the time. You cannot get quality healthcare even if you can get past the front office staff. You can have 15 mins of time and hope and pray they address your chief complaint. If you fit in the class of Medicaid, Medicare or are a chronic pain patient, just expect to be treated like scum.

What you need to remember is that you pay for medical care. Don't let them bully you with bad customer service, sarcasm, lies, or give you the run around. Insist on getting what you are paying for or find a provider who will be concerned with your healthcare. Be your own advocate. If a medical office doesn't have in place protocol for how their front office staff is supposed to treat patient's when they call, you can pretty much be certain that the same service you receive on the phone will be the level of care you will get from that office. YOU DESERVE GOOD HEALTHCARE!

My experience with Dr. Cline has been amazing. She listens very carefully, she is thoughtful and careful in her responses, she is extremely thorough in her examinations, she calls promptly with lab results, and she follows through with what she says she will do. I have been seeing her for several years for MS treatment and I am so thankful for the wonderful care I have been given.

never seems to remember advice already given....each office visit repeats same exercise.....never questions how medication is working or symptoms which may have changed....increases meds without noticing that condition hasn't worsened which caused a bad reaction.....notification of bad affect was to take away medicine leaving PD symptoms getting worse.

Dr. Cline seemed helpful in the first visit but was rude when I called her with a question. She diagnosed me with a seizure disorder after one visit, put me on medicine ordered an EEG then never followed up with any results or further instructions. I would not recommend her to anyone or go back to her.

My referring doc warned me that she didn't have great bedside manner, however, I found her to be wonderful! She was extremely thourough, kind, interested in my well-being, answered my million+ questions, and explained each test as she was doing it. Dr. Cline had me sit beside her and go over my MRI on the computer as she explained it in detail and linked the clinical findings she found to the MRI findings and my symptoms. Very impressed with her knowledge and interest in me as an individual!

Very helpful in beginning. Good teaching techniques, good at listening, but takes a "wait and see" attitude with Parkinson's making follow-up visits one year apart. Very good and extremely patient with the patient.

Dr Cline had the wrong file for my husband. For my care, she was never available, esp. when I was in dire need of a prescription for a migraine while traveling. She was distant and we did not connect. She seemed to be thorough in her intake exam but after that her attention to my case petered out.
