Dr. Baltz is a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable doctor. He has taken time to explain all that I do not understand.

Dr Baltz was very rude. I do not know if he thought he knew me, but I was new to the area and was told he was good. He did not look me in the eye while I waited. Poor attitude and I left feel angry and problem unresolved.
