Dr. Silver exemplifies the decline in quality of general practitioners that has been caused by the power of managed care. He is quick to prescribe; seems somewhat distracted and generally patients must wait at least 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor.

Dr. Silver has been our FAMILY doc for a while now. I have nothing but good things to say about the care we have received over the years.

Dr. Silver took care of me and my children for almost 10 years. He treated us as a family; not just individuals, taking into account the effects of illnesses throughout the family. He never rushed us or dismissed us. I wish I could find a doctor up here like him!
