Cancelled my first appointment 15 minutes before start, said she couldn't make it in. Staff was not helpful but rescheduled again for 2 and half weeks later. Guess what, she cancelled again. Again staff was not helpful at all. Want to schedule me out another 2 weeks. Very disappointed. Will not be going back, oh that's right, I never got in. Ridiculous!

Dr. Teegarden is a very kind and personable doctor. She listens well and doesn't make you feel rushed. She truly cares about your health and happiness. I am so glad I found her!

I've gone to Dr. Teegarden for years and was always very satisfied with treatment and bedside matter. Recently I was treated rudely because I didn't check in a full 15 minutes before my appointment time, even though I called ahead and still arrived 5 minutes ahead of time and apologized for not being earlier. I do not have a history of being late for appointments. It was embarrassing and very disappointing.

Very patient, thorough, personable and professional. Correctly diagnosed on our very first visit a chronic health condition in my daughter that three other doctors had completely missed. Staff follows up promptly with lab results and are always very patient and helpful if I have questions. Our children feel very comfortable with her, which is a huge plus for me. If I could give Dr. Teegarden and her staff 10 stars, I would.

She didn't examine me, didn't look at the medical records I was asked to bring. Passed me off to another department.
