Arrogant beyond belief. Might know his stuff, but he has the worst bedside manner I've ever witnessed. Very condescending attitude towards patients and their questions. I do not recommend this doctor or this practice.

Dr. Felton checked my eyes and provided me with a prescription for glasses. After getting the glasses using his prescription, I found the prescription completely didn't work for me. The place making the glasses double checked and insisted the glasses were made exactly according to Dr. Felton's prescription. Therefore they wouldn't refund the money. So I spent almost $200 for nothing. Talked the insurance company which told me there's nothing they could do. Dr. Felton was not really patient with me when he saw me, maybe because he was rushing to another "more important" patient. Overall their Princeton office seemed very busy and I was worried that I wouldn't get the necessary attention that I needed. I was right. All in all, very disappointing experience and I wouldn't want to be back for another visit as they recommended. I'm seeing another ophthalmologist.

Dr. Felton is great. Very insightful, thorough, explains things well and has common sense. He is up on the latest research. Even though I shreik a bit from the unpleasantness of the light in my eye, he is fairly patient with me. He has returned my phone calls promptly. He also is quite nice to my kids, who at times have had to toddle around the exam room.

Knowledgeable and experienced. Dr. Felton is succinct, and to the point with advice regarding many conditions based on many years of surgical and medical experience. He is conservative in his approach and will not recommend procedures or approaches that are risky or controversial, which is appreciated.

there is always a wait in the waiting room, then another half hour in the examing room...the staff is something to be desired...they all stand around and talk to each other...total patient neglect...enough said.
