I recently had cataract surgery and my vision is better than it has ever been. I highly recommend Dr. Horn and his clinic staff for this type of procedure. Follow-up care has been great.

As a new Nashville resident, I was fortunate to be directed to the office of Dr. Jeffrey Horn. I have worn glasses since the age of 6 and switched to contacts in middle school. Due to dry eye, I had to return to glasses a year ago. My distance vision was so bad that I had to wear glasses just to see my phone. Since having the ASA procedure, I feel free. For the first time since I was a child, when I open my eyes in the morning, I can see! Understandably, I was very nervous about having laser correction. The staff at Dr. Horn‘s office was understanding, kind, and prepared me well for each step of the process. When I met Dr. Horn, he took the time to explain expectations and possible limitations as well as answering all questions that I asked. He ensured that we chose the best procedure to give me the best possible results. Whatever criteria you may ask about, I would give him five star reviews. Dr. Horn may have been my second opinion, but he is certainly my first choice!

Dr Horn spent an hour explaining my cataract lens options with me on our first visit. He wanted me to chose the lens that were the best match for my lifestyle and needs. Before my scheduled surgery I once again had questions I wanted answered and he spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me reassuring me and answering every question. He truly wanted me to be confident in my choice prior to surgery! I love my vision I now have. My distance vision is 20/15 and I can read everything! I even threaded a needle without readers! I call him the miracle worker and have been referring him to everyone who's asked me what I thought about him. Needless to say, I'm VERY, VERY happy with Dr. Horn!

Very thorough. Professional. Removed my cataracts & implanted Symfony multifocal lenses. I have excellent vision & it's been an few weeks since my last surgery. Very happy with my experience with Dr. Horn, his staff & surgical center staff.

I am sorry to see the negative reviews from previous years and patients. I had a positive experience for cataract surgery recently and find my vision improving rapidly. Dr. Horn was straightforward and knowledgeable.

I was so very happy with my whole experience at Dr. Horn's office. Everyone that works there is so friendly. I went in for lasik but it was found I had cataracts. He could have been dishonest and did lasik knowing I would need cataract surgery down the road. He explained all the different options fully. I chose to get one premium lens with an affordable payment plan. Best money I have ever spent! I am 62 but I now see like I am 20 and I do not need to wear glasses for anything. All the money I have spent on readers and bi focals will make this investment a great idea. Dr. Horn does not advertize, as word of mouth gets him plenty of business. His prices are so low because he owns his own lasik machine and his overhead is low. I also find Dr. Horn to be very approachable and friendly. Oh yes and by the way...cataract surgery is incredibly easy and painless!

I had cataract surgery with Dr Horn. I don't understand what these other people are saying because my experience was nothing short of exceptional. He is caring, compassionate, brilliant, and he took more time with me than any other physician I have ever seen. And my vision is better than it's ever been in my entire life. I have never seen as well as I do now. I have worn glasses since childhood and now I never need them for anything. Dr Horn is the best at what he does, and his office is the best doctor's office I have ever been to with the the most caring staff.

I had a disastrous experience with Dr. Horn, and regret ever putting my eyes at risk in his hands. His attitude was distant and brusque, and his staff were constantly trying to "cover" for his demeanor. I could have forgiven him his demeanor had the results of my surgery been different.

I was referred to him, as a corneal specialist, from my eye doctor, due to an extensive corneal abrasion. My first appointment, was fine. He only switched up my meds, just to see what it would do. (Nothing my normal eye doctor couldn't have done.) The 2nd time, he put a contact bandage on my eye, & told me to come back in 2 weeks. It hurt & was swollen for a week before the contact came out. However, even though *a* contact came out, there was still a contact in my eye. When I mentioned it at my last appt., asst. said nothing about it. My 3rd appointment, I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room. And then 1 HOUR AND 40 MINUTES in the exam room. No apology or heads up. Dr. Horn looked at my eye & told me to come back in 2 weeks to take out the contact. He spent 2 minutes with me. I was there for 2 hours. He didn't do anything differently from my normal eye doctor so I will be going back to my normal eye doctor, who actually cares about his patient's time.
