Being a Dental Assistant with over 25 years experience,I came to Dr.Hashemian as a new patient moving here from Clearwater.I was in extreme pain from a toothache and needed an extraction. This Dr. would only extract my tooth if I went under sedation, which I did not want or need.He wanted over $1,000.00 to extract one tooth!I said no way and left. His office manager was very rude because we were leaving, and she took away my pain prescription and said I could only have it if I had the procedure done there!! I was suffering in severe pain, the manager said this is our policy, and proceeded to charge me $145.00 for an x-ray and Exam! Please stay away from this office, they prey on people who don't know about Dentistry and are unprofessional!I had my tooth extracted the same day for $290.00 from an Oral Surgeon, who did the procedure without IV Sedation! That shows what a rip-off this office is!

Dr. Hashemian is a very caring doctor. He helped me through implants that another dentist put in wrong. It was a painful experience, but, this dentist did all he could to make it easier on me. I recommend him highly.

Afore mentioned dentist perforated my maxillary sinus cavity while performing a routine extraction. He later denied that he had any knowledge of the perforation {at appt made by my request}He then inserted gelfoam which fell out during the night. I made a new appt. This time the staff was very discourteous, I insisted on having perforation stitched. At this appt Dr. stated that he knew that he had perforated the sinus cavity during the first surgery but thought it would heal on its own. After the stitching, I have abcesses in my mouth, sinus cavity is still perforated, stitches are not dissolvable as stated, and I am so swollen that I can hardly open my mouth. I have been on a liquid diet for two weeks. I also know of several other locals who have had serious complications with extractions done by this dentist. Did I fail to mention that I was not charged for the last two attempted fixes? He knows he made a horrible mistake and I am living with the consequences every day..
