Doctor Wagner was good and thorough, one of the nurses is excellent, caring, and compassionate. The last person I spoke with on staff and office management is rude, obtuse, short with customers, argumentative, and cares nothing about the patient.

I specifically sought them out for treatment as a disabled veteran, going outside of the VA healthcare system. Perhaps that was MY mistake. If the office management could match the customer care to the patient care experience, this would be a more highly rated review.

I have never experienced what I did today at this office. My family is experiencing dementia for the first time. This was the follow up visit after the diagnosis which we received over the phone so I had several questions and concerns. I was quite surprised when he cut visit short and left the room. I stuck my head out of the room and asked if I could ask a couple more questions. His reply, “I believe you have asked enough questions.” Will be looking for a doctor who treats dementia patients and their families with patience and compassion.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr Wagner. The staff was nice, the wait time was short, and Dr Wagner listened to all my concerns before explaning my condition and treatment. I highly recommend him.

He would not listen to me & he is hard to talk to. Maybe an off day or something. He didn't want to run the right testing on me that I needed. No, I'm not a Dr but have been to a few different Dr's that told me I needed a brain scan & possibly spinal tap. Needless to say I will not be back & I wouldn't recommend him.

I found Dr Wagner to be exceptionally personable and caring. He was funny and my appointment with him was a pleasure. Needless to say his medical assessment of my problem was correct and the treatment prescribed was very helpful. I would recommend him highly, and I wish there were more doctors as pleasant and genuinely caring as Dr Wagner.

The staff is rude. The dr. didn't want to do testing, he just changed my medicine around and rushed me out the door (which he left open during my entire appointment) So much for patient confidentiality.

Dr. Wagner was amazing. I have been to Dr. after Dr. with back pain and nerve issues. He was able to get to the route of the problem when the other Dr.'s were not.

I've had him for 9 years. In fact he quit taking my insurance and rather me finding a new doctor I I pay cash. I only see him twice a year for follow up visits so it doesn't hit my pocket to hard. He is nice, thorough, knowledgeable and has never touched me in appropriately. He is a very happily married man and his wife works right there in the office. Recommend him highly!!!

Unbelievable! I have NEVER had a more positive experience with a physician in all my life. He spent the time with me to explain exactly what was going on. My condition has scared my to my core and he eased my concern by explaining exactly what was the issue and possible routes to remedy my condition. It was amazing to be in a doctors office and the DOCTOR performed EVERYTHING instead of the typical delegation to staff members. I was amazed to log on to this site and see that someone gave him a bad review. I wholeheartedly disagree. Bravo.
