Dr. Modi charged me/my insurance for a procedure that was never performed on me. Beware of fraudulent billing activity at this dentist's office.

Went to the Schaumburg office. My teeth were not flossed during the visit. When I inquired about why this was not done - the response was one of shock and dismay. Flossing at a dentist's office - imagine that. Additionally, he insulted the dentist from who he purchased the practice from and said that I needed two amalgam fillings replaced and questioned another treatment. I felt as if things suggested were to increase his profit line and not necessarily medically based fact.
