I will never refer anyone to this dentist. She makes you edit 2 hours when you're on time for your appointment! She schedule 6 weeks later for simple extractions! The whole service was bad just terrible. People were leaving because she took too long! A man was waiting an hour to receive his check from her for some products! Just nasty attitude and the receptionist just horrible! She needs a lesson in good customer service! Now I have to wait longer to have work done and look for another dentist! I tried to give her a chance but I wish I hadn't!!!

Very unprofessional, rude, cancel appointments without motification to patient, unsatisfied with her services with me as a patient, poor communication with patient, no consideration with me as a patients not being satisfied with her work, refuse to try to accommodate in anyway, need to be on another field, no people relation skills at all

Had an appointment for 2 p.m. Got there 15 min early and the office was closed for lunch break, which was fine but when I finally got into the office the receptionist said the dentist was running late and could I come back tomorrow morning. I told her no, my husband took the day off so I could come today and also my appointment had been confirmed. She left and came back and asked if I could come back later that day at 5 p.m. I left and never came back. How rude for them to not call me before I made a trip to their office. I understand things happen and can put people behind schedule but 3 hours behind is insane. I would not recommend her at all.

Complete nightmare. This woman is very condescending. Every question is answered with sarcasm, contempt or simply ignorned. Punctuality is a joke. She schedules 2 people for the same time even though there is only one dentist. Which means someone is going to be waiting a considerable time. Even when I was the only one there, I still waited 1/2 an hour past my appointed time JUST TO GET INTO A SEAT. Then wait more.
