I really don't know what to make of Dr. Cavitt. She cancelled FIVE appointments with me because of "Illness" and her divorce case ....... so I went elsewhere . About 6 months later she called me to ask why I never kept 2 appontments and said I'd be charged for missing them, but I told her SHE IS THE ONE WHO CANCELLED ME. She said she'd "see" if that was true .... like I'm a liar or something, but never called me back .......

She's complete trash, avoid at all cost!!! Unprofessional , quality of work is terrible. Can't even do a proper filling.

I took my elderly father to the dentist at Best Image Dental. The dentist was very caring and professional. After going to two other offices, my dad can finally eat and talk right. The dentist did the right adjustments and we did not have to pay for a new denture. The assistant was very nice and willing to go the extra mile for my dad. My dad is nearly deaf and often needs things explained twice or sometimes more. The lady at the front was top notch. The office was clean and everyone was really nice. I scheduled my kids at Best Image and i did not have to wait a month like at other dental offices. I give this place a gold star.

This dentist is rude, disrespectful, says one thing and denies it. She gave me a verbal quote and then asked me if I had it in writing when I reminded her about it. She made me get up out of the dental chair to pay her -halfway through the procedure because I questioned her and then said it had to be on a debit card. She appears to be unstable. She told me if I had less teeth it would cost me less and that I should consider myself lucky that it was costing me more. I wasn't even discussing that with her. I was just trying to figure out the disparity between my initial quote and what she was telling me on second visit. Her equipment appeared dirty, she moved patient around from one chair to another between procedures, and she coughed all the time without changing her gloves. She kept telling me she wasn't doing anything illegal. She said my xrays showed one thing and it wouldn't be an issue and then said the opposite the next visit when it was time to fill the tooth. Very unsettling.

Can't believe I witnessed her talking to another patient with such disrespect!! Will NEVER go back she acts like patients are a dime a dozen!

clean office .The doctor is graet with kids my daughter loves her. Staff is so helpful.
