I totally agreed with the previous review that his staff was awful. I called in and made my appointment in advance, but when I got to the office, I was told I didn't have any appointment on the record, and I had to wait for an hour in their tiny waiting area with a tiny portable heater in a chilly winter day. The dentist also did uncessasry work in order to charge me more.

Staff is just awful. Receptionist speaks/understands very little English. Dr. Swager seemed OK but his assistant was obviously not capable. The two did not work together well. I felt like they were drowning me. I'm 57 and I've never had the problem before. One of my crowns fell out. All he needed to do was maybe clean up the post and fit me for the new crown. By the time he finished grinding on my tooth, the pain was terrible. He put some medicine on it, but nearly a year later, I still can't chew on that side of my mouth. What really frosted me was that he charged nearly $900 for this procedure and I HAVE INSURANCE! I called the insurance and they said he could charge a lab fee in addition to the $370 or so that every other dentist I've been to charges. I'm currently seeing another dentist to get a new crown on a different tooth. The charge is $370 period. Why did Swager need a $400+ lab fee in addition to what other dentists charge? Stay away from this cheat and his incompetent staff
