My husband and I had teeth cleaning at end of year and was told it would be covered by insurance. Tried to pay in advance using flexible spending account and was told I would have no balance. Ended up losing money for flex spending account and almost 6 months later we get billed over 400 on one and over 700 for myself and this is after insurance paid its portion of almost 1,000. each. Absolutely ridiculous. Tried to call and work something out but was just sent to collectors. I have paid but I would never go back to see this dentist again.
