First of all Dr Merlotti is not an Orthopedic Surgeon. He is a world renowned Trauma Surgeon. The best in the business. His focus is on the patient not what kind of insurance a patient has. It's refreshing to have a physician like that around. He is an excellent teacher and is always researching new literature. An amazing human being.
