He has a third party answering service located in Indianapolis that receives calls first when you call his office number, then they transfer you to his office staff. Many of those secretarys, especially a man is extremely rude, mean and hostile to patient callers. Dr Panopoulos and staff are great, and they report everything to that place in Indianapolis, and say sorry and are helpful.. They have lied where a patient comes in thinking they will have a full first time appointment session to speak to Dr P. but are told that its break time and they have only to sign sheets, while Dr Panopoulos is there the whole time. Awesome sweet staff people.. Panopoulos himself was rude alittle at the end..
