Dr.Arnott was my doctor for a few years and one day I called to make an appointment and they told me she was no longer there. No one phoned to tell me that she was gone. I was very shocked as I have Crohns Disease and need a doctor on a permanent basis to care for me. I would not reccomend thid doctor anymore. I feel the way she just left was very unprofessional.

Found her to be rude and not interested in partnering with me in resolving some health issues. I told the owner of the clinic about my negative experience with this doctor. I suggested she might do better as a veterinarian, however, I would not take my dog to her.

Very rude. Disrespectful and could care less. No bedside manner at all. Never went back to her. I would not subject myself or my girls (ages 11 and 18) to her again. NEVER!!!!I understand she retired however, I find out she works on occassion at Abbotsford Village Walk In Clinic. Do yourself a favour and stay away from her. She needs a complete attitude overhaul.

I was heartened to see that other patients have received the same level of extreme rudeness as I did from Dr. Arnott, only because she made me so uncomfortable each and every time I saw her that I began to think that perhaps it was me! I was so nervous around her that I would leave before addressing all of my concerns. She consistantly made me and my two small children wait for her to grace us with her presence, sometimes for up to 45 minutes. Once I peeked out to see if I was next in line, only to see her with her feet up on her desk reading a magazine! I suffered from life-long, unexplained heart palpitations until a naturalpathic pysician diagnosed me with an allergy to corn. When I brought these test results up with Dr. Arnott at my next visit, she actually rolled her eyes and mouthed a mock prayer. Bottom line, unless you need immediate treatment, avoid this doctor. Is she has retired as one person mentioned, then it's definitely for the best.

I found her to be rude at times and not rude at others. Rude or not she took less than 5 seconds to look at a problem I had and I then suffered with it for 2 years - my fault really - but I felt like she was telling me I was wasting the medical services time- and the problem affected my sleep and quality of life.

I agree with all of the other comments posted. This doctor always seemed "bothered" by any health concern that I had - was NEVER friendly or caring. I understand now that she has retired - but I wasn't advised of this I just happened to find out a year later when I needed a doctor.

I'm currently looking for a new doctor. Dr. Arnott has always made me feel uncomfortable in her office as if I'm somehow bothering her by being there. I find her to be judgemental and not very helpful at all. After leaving her office I feel like nothing has been accomplished.

I needed a pap and preferred a female doctor. When I learned this one could take my appointment, I went. Needing a family doctor, I hoped this could be the one. However, She was so abrupt and hostile to my questions/comments. After my exam I felt creeped out and wished heartily that I hadn't had the pap part of the exam done by someone I felt so negatively about. It is an exam I only want done by someone I trust, and I realized I could not say that about her. In all, she gave off disconcerting, alien and bewildering hostility. And this with a new patient! I actually was so upset I phoned the office manager and expressed my opinion, and got this off my chest. That person was very nice and listened. That helped me be able to move on.

As a young patient with a chronic health condition... the least this dr chould do is look at the chart prior to walking into the room, and at least attempt to remember me. I plan on switching to a new Dr as soon as I can find one.
